INCLUSIVE INDIA: PRO POOR Janani Suraksha  Yojana  (JSY) 1.      Janani Suraksha  Yojana  (JSY) of the  MoHFW  is one of the initial schemes in which DBT was rolled-out in 2013 originally in 43 districts. Since then, the DBT mode of payment under JSY has been expanded in all the districts across the country.  2.      In addition to JSY, other schemes of  DoHFW  which involve cash transfers to beneficiaries/individuals have been identified for DBT payments which include: ·        ASHA incentives, ·        Payment of compensation to contractual staff under NHM ·        Family Planning compensation schemes, ·        Nikshay  scheme under the RNTCP. 3.      To ensure  Aadhaar  based transfers to beneficiaries/individuals, the Ministry has issued notifications to utilize  Aadhaar  under Section-7 of “The  Aadhaar  Act, 2016” under the cash schemes namely Janani Suraksha  Yojana  (10.2.17), payment of ASHA incentives (3.3.17), payment to contractual staff under NHM
