Soil Health Card Scheme Launch Date:   17.2.2015 Objective:  To help farmers improve productivity by issuing them  soil health card completely free of cost, this can be renewed every three years.  Soil Health Cards to be issued to all farmers by 2018 Achievements: 6.93 crore soil Health Cards distributed. 2.80 crore soil samples collected till 25.4.2017. Under Soil Health Management Scheme, Rs. 840.52 crores released to the States during 2014-17 against Rs.27.76 crores during 20011-14 Under Soil Health Cards Scheme, Rs.253.
